Five-Year Limited Warranty

GagaXP warrants the Gaga pit purchased by the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, handling, and storage for a period of **five years** from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only when the product is used and stored according to the manufacturer's instructions and is limited to the structural integrity of the Gaga pit.

Coverage:

 1. Structural Integrity This warranty covers the frame, walls, and attached components of the Gaga pit. It ensures that these parts will not fail when the product is used as intended, under normal conditions, and with proper maintenance.

 2. Conditions for Usage: Proper use and storage include the avoidance of excessive weights, impacts, modifications, and exposures to harsh environmental conditions. The Gaga pit must be assembled, disassembled, stored, and maintained in accordance with our official guidelines. The included Velcro straps must be used to secure the Gaga pit when stored to prevent damage and ensure safety.

Exclusions:

 This warranty does not cover:

 - Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or fading.

- Damage due to improper use, abuse, neglect, or vandalism.

- Damage from modifications or alterations not performed by GagaXP.

- Damage due to improper assembly or disassembly. See YouTube for instructions on assembly, disassembly, storage and use of Velcro straps.

- Damage due to not using the provided Velcro straps for securing the Gaga pit during storage.

Claim Process:

To submit a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact GagaXP customer service within the warranty period. Proof of purchase and evidence of the defect (photos or video) will be required. GagaXP reserves the right to inspect the product to confirm the defect and determine if it falls under warranty coverage.

If the defect is confirmed and falls under warranty, GagaXP will, at its discretion, either repair the defective parts, replace the Gaga pit, or provide the necessary replacement parts at no cost to the purchaser. This warranty may also be subject to additional terms and conditions provided at the time of purchase.

Limitations:

This warranty is non-transferable and is extended only to the original purchaser. GagaXP does not authorize anyone to create for it any other obligation or liability in connection with this warranty.
